Sweet Treat...

Been looking forward to this vacation, anyway who don't look forward to holidays? Its a time when u can go shopping, sit around, watch tv, sleep and waste time like nobody business..haha...but of course, im getting bored and useless already..going back to Prudential to work as temp for about 1.5 mths before i start preparing for my GIP to China. Better slack as much as i can this week and then start earning some $ for allowance.

As the title says, had a nice treat from my bf last weekend. Fun with Fondue (think its spelt like dat) @ Haagen-Dazs...yummy! We ordered one dat serves 2. It comes with 12 small scoops of ice-cream for each person with coffee, chocolate chip, strawberry and macademia nut flavours and a bowl of melted choc for dipping and a small serving of nuts for completion. Think it has been around for quite long but i neber get to try it. Nice concept and it tastes nice cos u get to dip ur own small scoop of ice-cream into as much choc as u like. My bf created many layers of choc and nuts on his ice-cream, making his scoop of ice-cream looking real bloated. Had fun dipping and creating my own choc with nuts ice-cream! When we had enough of the ice-cream, we still had the bowl of melted choc left sitting in front of mi and imagine how tempted i was to drink it all up! but it was too sweet to be consumed alone without ice-cream though i still had 3 scoops of strawberry flavoured ice-cream left untouched, wat a waste! Everything was great except dat the dipping could not be done nicely after some time cos the ice-cream starts to melt. Nonetheless, it was a great fun and yummy! Thanx dear!

To many, a treat to haagen-dazs is really nothing worth toking about but it really meant something to mi cos my bf is not someone who can come up with surprises or ideas when u wan him to. Had asked him for a after-exam reward while i was preparing for my last paper and dat was a stressing task for him cos he really didnt have any idea wat to give mi. Since this treat is something which i believe he had came up with after killing a considerable amount of brain cells, i really appreciate it. Love u..
